You can replace the instant yeast for savory pies with the same amount of non-vanilla baking powder.
It is preferable to consume the vegetable fritters freshly fried. Any type of storage is not recommended.
With the amounts indicated in this recipe, I made 20 fritters. If you want to serve them with an aperitif, you can make about 40, obviously smaller. If they are too many, halve the quantities.
