Air Fryer Sausages and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 12 oz potatoes
  • 7 oz sausages
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste seasoning mix for potatoes
  • 2 tbsp white wine

Steps

  • Peel the potatoes, wash them, dry them, and cut them into wedges. Transfer them into a dish suitable for air fryer cooking and season with a tablespoon of oil and the potato seasoning mix. Cook in the air fryer at 356°F for 12 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the casing from the sausages and cut them into six pieces. Add the sausages to the potatoes and continue cooking for 3 minutes, then deglaze with white wine and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve sausages and potatoes hot.
