With this shortbread dough, you can make cookies and tarts. If you use embossed rolling pins, do not change the proportions and do not use just any shortbread recipe: the proportions of this shortbread are specifically designed to be used with an embossed rolling pin so that the designs do not disappear during baking. For these preparations, I always follow Miriam Bonizzi’s recipe.
