- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 6 teaspoons peach jam
- to taste powdered sugar
Tools
- 1 Vegetable Peeler
- 1 Grater coarse holes
- 1 Zester Grater
- 1 Kitchen Knife
- 1 Manual Juicer

Steps
Peel the apples, grate them, and place them in a bowl. Add the grated lemon peel and juice, sugar, mix, and set aside. Unroll the puff pastry, cut it in half, and then into three parts lengthwise to obtain six rectangles. Make cuts on half of each rectangle. Brush the entire surface with melted butter and overlap the uncut part on the cut part, pressing well to adhere the edges. Add the grated apple and a little peach jam.
Close the parcels forming two triangles by pressing well on the base. Turn them over and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush again with butter and add a bit of powdered sugar. Repeat the entire process for the second puff pastry sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F static mode for 18/20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
