The autumn salad to serve as an appetizer or a main dish is rich, tasty, and flavorful: choose the base and then enrich it as you like. In the autumn salad I propose, we have vegetables, fruits, legumes, meat, and nuts, a triumph of flavors that captivates at the first taste. But that’s not all. To make the autumn salad even more unique and special, I added Gusto Toscano onion tears. What can I say? Simply perfect!

  • Place the chicken slices in the air fryer, spray them with a little oil, and cook at 365°F for 10 minutes. If you prefer, you can grill them on a griddle. Once cooked, let them cool, then cut into cubes or strips as desired. Set aside. Wash the apple, dry it, peel it, cut it in half, remove the core, then dice and season with lemon juice. Wash the grapes, halve them, and remove seeds if necessary. Seed the pomegranate. Clean the fennel by removing the tougher outer leaves, wash, dry, and slice thinly. Combine everything with the apple, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Also add the chicken and cooked lentils, drained and rinsed under running water. Arrange the salad on a serving plate and top with walnuts, almonds, and chopped parsley.
