Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz broccoli (cleaned)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 7 oz pasta
  • 3.5 oz smoked cheese
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste chili pepper
  • to taste grated Parmesan cheese

Tools

  • 1 Container microwave steaming
  • 1 Baking Dish
  • 1 Saucepan

Steps

  • Clean the broccoli and steam them in the microwave: find the procedure and cooking times HERE. If you prefer or do not have a microwave, you can boil them in salted boiling water for about 10-12 minutes. In the saucepan, heat the oil and let the garlic clove (and if you like, a bit of chili) brown, then add the broccoli florets and let them season. Adjust the salt and continue cooking for five minutes. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water. While the pasta is cooking, cut the smoked cheese into cubes. Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the pan with the broccoli for a few seconds, add the smoked cheese and mix quickly. Transfer the pasta to the baking dish, sprinkle with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese, and gratinate in a 392°F (preheated and with grill function) oven for 10 minutes. Serve the pasta hot and gooey.
