Baked Red Cabbage

The baked red cabbage is a healthy and tasty side dish, but more importantly, it’s very easy to make: just slice it, season it, and bake it. I kept it simple, but you can flavor it however you like: hazelnuts, thyme, rosemary, cumin (if you like it), almonds, and sun-dried tomatoes. Try the baked red cabbage: it’s an alternative side dish that will surprise you!
