Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs tortellini
- 1.7 cups béchamel
- 3 oz grated Parmesan
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
Tools
- 1 Saucepan 8 inches
- 1 Whisk for béchamel
- 1 Baking dish for oven
Steps
Prepare the béchamel. When it is ready and still hot, add the grated Parmesan to have a reinforced béchamel. Mix well with the whisk and then blend with an immersion blender. Boil the tortellini in plenty of salted water, drain them and season with the béchamel and cooked ham. Transfer them into a baking dish, sprinkle with some grated Parmesan, and bake at 392°F for 15/20 minutes or until a golden crust forms on the surface. Once ready, let the tortellini rest for 5 minutes before serving at the table.
