Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground pork
- 2 sausages (7 oz)
- 2.5 oz stale bread
- 1 egg
- 0.7 oz grated parmesan
- 2/3 cup beer
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Steps
In a bowl, combine the ground pork, sausages without casing and crumbled, soaked and squeezed bread, the egg, grated parmesan, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well and form meatballs the size of a walnut. Dredge the meatballs in flour. In a large saucepan, heat the oil with the garlic clove and rosemary and brown the meatballs on all sides. Deglaze with the beer and let it evaporate. Cook by adding a little warm water if needed. A creamy sauce will form. Serve the beer meatballs hot.
