Lotus biscoff are delicious little biscuits with a caramelized taste. They are great on their own or served with coffee as they are individually wrapped. They are also excellent crumbled over vanilla ice cream and perfect for making delicious creamy desserts. I bought them online as they are not available in local supermarkets.
