The cardamom cappuccino warm, enveloping, spicy, is a true comfort food for the autumn breakfast: to be served with almond cookies. Made with coffee and oat milk, it is delicious but also great with rice milk and almond milk. If you prefer, you can use cow’s milk. Cinnamon is a must, but if you really don’t like it (because not everyone does), you can consider it optional, and you can do without sugar or add it if you wish. In short, the cardamom cappuccino is quite versatile. Just don’t ask me how to replace cardamom. You can’t!

What does cardamom taste like? Cardamom has a balsamic, sweet, and fruity taste: it resembles lemon, eucalyptus, sandalwood, and honey: an intense and unique mix.
