Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh liquid cream
- 11.6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 1/8 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Steps
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Bring 3/4 cup of cream to a boil in a small pot. Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir quickly to melt it. Cover and place in the refrigerator for five minutes.
Meanwhile, whip 1 1/8 cup of cream with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Take the cream and chocolate mixture out of the refrigerator and whip it with the beaters until you get a nice fluffy and light mixture. Incorporate the rest of the cream with a spatula, gently folding from bottom to top. Transfer the cream to a piping bag and fill the cups. Decorate with some dark chocolate squares and hazelnut crumbs. Keep the cups in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
