Tips

For the batter, I used a minimal amount of sugar, but you can increase it up to 35 grams if you want sweeter crepes. It largely depends on the brand of unsweetened cocoa used. Mine is particularly strong, and with a bit more sugar, they would have been perfect. But as I always say, here we experiment, and then personal taste does the rest. So, adjust according to your own tastes.
