Ingredients

  • 14 oz chicken breast chunks
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp frozen mixed soffritto
  • 1 cup milk
  • as needed flour
  • as needed rosemary
  • as needed smoked paprika

Steps

  • Transfer the chicken breast chunks into a bowl, season them with salt, flour, smoked paprika, and chopped rosemary. Mix well so the chicken chunks are well coated.

    In a casserole, heat the extra virgin olive oil and let the soffritto brown, then add the chicken breast and brown it well on all sides. Cover with milk and cook until a nice creamy texture forms and the milk has evaporated.
