Notes

The Gusto Toscano onion bruschetta is a high-quality product, made following a traditional recipe just like homemade. Delicious on crostini, on savory waffles, on polenta or paired with meat: try it with the hamburger.

The DOP Arnad Lard is aromatic, with a sweet taste, and is a great product from the Aosta Valley: aged for three months in chestnut or oak wood doils, it is the only one in the world with DOP recognition. At Maison Bertolin you can take a guided tour of the facility and hear the story of this unique product.
