Steps
In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt. Heat the oil in a pan, add the eggs and cook, stirring often to scramble them. In a small pan, brown the speck without adding any seasoning. Slice the bread and toast it. Top the bread slices with scrambled eggs, speck strips, finish with caramelized onion, and serve immediately.
