The fennel, pear, and mint extract is an intense and sweet-tasting juice. The star is the fennel, which has digestive properties and is rich in vitamins and minerals; the pear adds sweetness, and the mint provides a touch of freshness that is always welcome. Making fruit and vegetable extracts is easy and quick, especially with the help of an ally like my Panasonic MJ-L500 Slow Juicer. I bought it in 2016 and couldn’t have made a better choice. It’s very easy to use and practical to clean, making it indispensable for me. If you want to know more, I’ve talked extensively about it in the article “Juicer Pros and Cons“. And now let’s prepare two nice glasses of fennel, pear, and mint extract.
