The four cheese savory pie is tasty, flavorful, rich, an idea that makes dinner easy. The cheeses? You choose them, and it also becomes a convenient way to empty the fridge because you put in what you have. I chose mild gorgonzola, brie, parmesan, and spicy provolone. And then roasted bell pepper that was already cooked in the fridge waiting to be used and a hint of basil that still feels like summer. Try this four cheese savory pie because it’s amazing!
