Advice

There are many types of spiralizers or vegetable sharpeners: different materials and shapes, manual or electric, more or less expensive. If you think it’s a purchase that suits you because you’ll use it a lot (as I do), then the WellToBe spiralizer is an excellent quality-price compromise. I chose it because it is made of stainless steel and because it includes six blades with different shapes that allow you to choose the type of cut and thickness. It’s very easy to use: it only requires one hand. You can cut everything with it: apples, onions, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, cabbages, beets, radishes, potatoes. You get perfect vegetarian spaghetti (or tagliatelle) to sauté in the pan, bake in the oven, or eat simply raw. It’s perfectly safe and very easy to clean. It has four suction cups that hold it firmly on the work surface: you’ll be amazed, I guarantee it! I purchased the product, and this is my personal opinion.
