Kale chips are a tasty snack to munch on with your aperitif: oven-baked, they are crispy and flavorful. You can leave them simple, natural with a drizzle of oil and salt to taste, or season them with spices (they’re great with paprika and garlic powder). When preparing kale chips, there’s one thing you need to watch out for: don’t take your eyes off them because one moment they’re soft and the next they’re burnt. Be careful!
