The lime salmon is a very simple, light, and tasty main course: a recipe that can be prepared in a few minutes. You can enjoy it alone with a salad or a side of potatoes or a good mashed potato, or you can serve it with basmati rice for a complete, single dish. The lime salmon is delicious, delicate but flavorful, and perfect when you want to bring something appetizing and enticing to the table even with little time available.

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs salmon fillets (cleaned)
- 1 lime (juice and grated zest)
- 0.5 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste fresh parsley
Tools
- 1 Saucepan with low edges
- 1 Tweezers for fish
- 1 Citrus Juicer manual
- 1 Cooking Spatula
- 1 Plate serving
Steps
Check that the fish has no bones and if necessary, remove them with the appropriate tweezers. In a low-edged saucepan, heat the oil and brown the skinless salmon fillets (or if you prefer, fillets are also fine) on both sides. Season with salt and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove the salmon from the saucepan. Keeping it on the heat, wet the bottom with the white wine, then add the lime juice and grated zest and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Return the salmon fillets to the saucepan and cook for a couple more minutes. Finish with chopped parsley and serve.
