- 14 oz primo sale cheese
- 2.8 oz Taggiasca olives (or Gaeta)
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- to taste rosemary
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Cut the primo sale into cubes. Transfer them into a bowl, add the olives, and the sun-dried tomatoes, which have been drained and cut into strips with a knife. Scent with a few sprigs of rosemary and cover with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Gently mix to combine the ingredients. Cover the bowl with a reusable fabric cover or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least three hours before serving.
