Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz arugula
  • 1 melon
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste balsamic glaze

Steps

  • Cut a small melon in half, remove the seeds and all the filaments, and cut it into cubes. Place it in a salad bowl. Clean the arugula, wash it, and pass it through the salad spinner. Add it to the melon in the salad bowl. Season with olive oil, salt, and balsamic glaze. Mix gently and serve.
