Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs mascarpone
  • 1.1 lbs heavy whipping cream
  • 6 peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • to taste amaretti

Steps

  • Peel the peaches (approximately 300 grams cleaned) and cut them into small pieces. Transfer them into the immersion blender’s cup with the sugar and blend well to obtain a smooth cream. Pour the peach cream into a bowl, add the mascarpone and mix well with the whisks. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and add it to the mascarpone cream a little at a time, folding gently from the bottom up to avoid deflating it.

    Distribute the cream into cups and garnish with crumbled amaretti. Let the cups rest in the refrigerator for 4/5 hours before serving.
