- 5.3 oz tomato pulp
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste oregano
- 4.4 oz mozzarella for pizza
Tools
- 1 Knife
- 1 Bowl

Steps
Season the tomato pulp with oil, oregano, and salt. Unroll the pizza dough and cut into eight rectangles. In the center of each, add a tablespoon of tomato, a bit of mozzarella, and close the corners towards the center, forming a ball, sealing the dough well with your fingertips. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with the reusable mat or parchment paper, brush the surface with tomato, cover, and if you have time let rise for thirty minutes, otherwise preheat the oven to 356°F letting the pizza bombs rest just during the preheating. Bake for fifteen minutes. Once cooked, when they are golden brown, remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and then serve still warm.
