The pumpkin spice cappuccino made with oat milk and added spiced coffee is a true comfort food with a completely autumnal flavor, perfect for this period. Naturally sweet, the pumpkin spice cappuccino is perfect to warm up a gray day. In the pumpkin spice cappuccino I didn’t add pumpkin pulp as is usually done with pumpkin spice latte but simply flavored the cappuccino with Nespresso’s Pumpkin Spice Cake coffee, a clove, cinnamon, and cardamom spiced coffee that blends with the sweet taste of pumpkin (this is the description on the package). Unfortunately, it’s a limited edition that usually comes out every year during the autumn period and you have to grab it quickly. And then, besides the coffee, there’s… you have to read the recipe!
