The roast beef and mustard croutons are perfect for a quick summer lunch. A super convenient, practical, and quick “non-recipe” that’s very tasty. Because as I always say, a quick lunch doesn’t mean it lacks flavor. And remember, you eat with your eyes first, so even when preparing a simple sandwich or filled bread croutons, attention to detail is always needed. My roast beef and mustard croutons became special with the addition of Valdelsa onion tears that added that gourmet touch to the dish: perfect as an appetizer too.
