- 7 oz roast beef (sliced beef)
- 3.5 oz Parmesan flakes
- as needed arugula
- as needed salt
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsps Tears of Onion from Valdelsa

Steps
Arrange the slices of roast beef (I used a pre-sliced roast available at the supermarket in the fridge section) on a serving plate. Add the washed, dried arugula seasoned with salt and olive oil. Place the Parmesan flakes on the plate and finish with the Tears of Onion from Valdelsa. In just a few minutes, the dish is ready to be served.
