Ingredients
- 1 roll rectangular puff pastry
- to taste basil pesto
- to taste truffle olive pâté (or classic)
- to taste tomato paste
Tools
- 1 Knife kitchen
- 1 Silicone sheet reusable baking paper
- 1 Spatula
Steps
Unroll the puff pastry and prick it with a fork, then divide it into three strips along the longer side of the rectangle. Spread the first strip with pesto, the second with olive pâté, and the third with tomato paste. Roll each strip on itself, trying to tighten it well so that there are no empty spaces. Wrap the three rolls in cling film, sealing them well and place them in the freezer for thirty minutes. After the resting time, remove the film, trim the ends of the rolls to even them if needed, and cut each roll into slices about 0.4 inches thick. Arrange all the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for about 25 minutes or until they are beautifully golden brown.
