  • g grated parmesan

Tools

  • 1 Bowl

Cut the puff pastry to obtain two circles larger than the pans. Line the pans with the puff pastry and divide the filling between the two pies. Notes

My oven-type air fryer has dual resistance, but despite this, to brown the base well, I had to turn it: once the filling is dry, help yourself with a plate to turn it inside the mold and place it back in the oven to finish cooking.

If you make the pie in the oven, you can use a 26 cm mold and a round puff pastry. For baking: 356°F for 20/25 minutes.
