The savory veal strips are a simple main course, quick to prepare and to cook: just a few steps and a handful of minutes to bring a perfect dish to the table for everyday dinner. The savory veal strips cook in just a few minutes over high heat, ensuring the meat is well browned on the outside while keeping the juices inside, maintaining tenderness. This step is important because the strips are thin, and if overcooked, they will become tough. To give that special touch to this simple dish, at the end of cooking the savory veal strips I used my precious Gusto Toscano onion tears. What more can I say? Try them!
