Ingredients
- 2 fillets sea bass
- 2 shallots
- 1 oz stale bread
- 1 oz toasted and chopped hazelnuts
- 3.38 fl oz white wine
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- 1 bunch parsley

Steps
Peel the shallots and slice them thinly. In a baking dish, pour the oil, arrange the shallots on the bottom, and lay the sea bass fillets on top, seasoned with salt. Chop the stale bread and parsley and mix them with the hazelnuts. Pour the white wine over the fish fillets and cover them with the breading, add a drizzle of oil (you can also use the sprayer) and cook in the air fryer at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.

For my oven-type air fryer, I usually use a small rectangular steel baking dish or cook directly on the included racks with the appropriate parchment paper. If you have a basket-type fryer, you can cook directly in the basket using round parchment baskets or square ones.
