Ingredients
Depending on how large the fillets are, two might be enough. Mine were small.
- 4 fillets sea bream
- 2.1 oz stale bread
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 0.2 oz fresh parsley
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

Steps
Check that the sea bream fillets have no bones and remove them with tweezers if necessary. Place the sea bream fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Blend the bread crumb with a tablespoon of oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Season the sea bream fillets with salt and a drizzle of oil, then sprinkle them with the flavored bread. Bake at 356°F for about fifteen minutes. Serve the sea bream fillets hot.
