Sea Bream Fillets with Flavored Bread

The sea bream fillets with flavored bread are a simple, light, and tasty second course perfect for dinner. Ingredients

Depending on how large the fillets are, two might be enough. Mine were small.

  • 4 fillets sea bream
  • 2.1 oz stale bread
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 0.2 oz fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

Tools

  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Fish Tweezers
  • 1 Chopper
  • 1 Reusable Parchment Paper

Steps

  • Check that the sea bream fillets have no bones and remove them with tweezers if necessary. Place the sea bream fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Blend the bread crumb with a tablespoon of oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Season the sea bream fillets with salt and a drizzle of oil, then sprinkle them with the flavored bread. Bake at 356°F for about fifteen minutes. Serve the sea bream fillets hot.
