The spicy sea bream fillets are a simple, light, quick, and tasty main course. To prepare it, I used frozen and cleaned fish fillets, although a quick check with tweezers to ensure there are no bones is always advisable, and then simply oil, pink peppercorns, juniper, salt, and pepper. A few minutes in the oven wrapped in parchment paper, and the spicy sea bream fillets are ready. Super easy!

Curiosity
Pink pepper is a spice obtained from the fruit of a tree found in Latin America, the Shinus molle, which is different from the plant that gives us black pepper (Piper Nigrum). Pink pepper is also known as “false pepper.” It has a more delicate and fruity taste, with a characteristic peppery flavor less intense than classic black pepper.
