The strawberry, onion, and brie salad is a colorful, flavorful dish, quick to make, perfect to serve as an appetizer during a summer dinner or for a quick, light but tasty lunch. To make this dish truly special, I chose to use caramelized onion and onion tears from Gusto Toscano: two gourmet products capable of making even a simple salad unique. If like me, you love these slightly sweet and sour flavor combinations and if you love fruit combined with savory dishes, the strawberry, onion, and brie salad is perfect for you!
