Advice
For the batter, I used a minimal amount of sugar, but you can increase it up to 35 grams if you want sweeter crepes. It largely depends on the brand of cocoa powder used. Mine is particularly strong, and with a little more sugar, they would have been perfect. But as I always say, here you experiment, and then the rest is personal taste. So adjust a bit according to your preferences.
Instead of grated chocolate, you can use berries, which go perfectly with cocoa crepes.
Adding honey to the Greek yogurt is optional.
