The tiramisu with whipped milk cream is a delicious and fresh dessert that can replace cappuccino in the morning during the summer. It is prepared in just a few minutes, left to rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and ready to enjoy. As the base of this fake tiramisu, which let’s be honest has nothing to do with the original except for the layered composition, I used spelt cookies with chocolate chips, but ladyfingers or any cookies you prefer and have at home would work too. If you want, for the tiramisu with whipped milk cream you can also use plain toasted bread slices.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 spelt cookies with chocolate chips (or cookies of choice)
- 1 small cup of espresso coffee
- as needed unsweetened cocoa powder
Tools
- 1 Coffee Machine Pixie Nespresso
- 1 Milk Frother Nespresso
- 1 Dessert Cups
- 2 Bowls
Steps
Prepare a small cup of espresso coffee and let it cool. Froth the milk with the frother (I use the “lots of froth” button on my Nespresso frother). Add two teaspoons of espresso coffee to the milk and gently stir to avoid deflating the froth. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the frothed milk. Dip a cookie in the coffee and place it at the bottom of a dessert cup. Layer half of the cream on top and smooth out. Dip the second cookie in the coffee and place it on the cream in the cup. Cover with the remaining milk and yogurt cream, smooth out, and cover, then place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Before serving or enjoying, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder.
