- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp espresso coffee
- 1.8 oz ricotta
- 2.5 oz Greek yogurt with coffee (or plain)
- 2 tbsp espresso coffee
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps
Blend the cookies into powder and mix them with coconut oil and espresso coffee. Compact them inside muffin aluminum liners lined with plastic wrap (this step is necessary because it will help you extract the muffins more easily). In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the ricotta and coffee, stirring well to obtain a smooth mixture. Distribute it inside the cookie baskets and let it rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Before serving, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder.
