Air Fryer Ricotta with Pepper, Lemon, and Honey

One of the most versatile ingredients in the kitchen is certainly ricotta, with which you could create an entire menu from appetizer to dessert.

For this reason, I always have some ready-to-use packages in the fridge, and it is with one of these that I prepared this air fryer ricotta with pepper, lemon, and honey.

Perfect to serve as a main course, perhaps accompanied by some vegetables, but also as a appetizer accompanied by crackers or lingue di suocera.

Now take a minute to read the recipe and then…let’s cook and eat!!
