Bruschetta with Sausage and Stracchino

Ingredients

  • 2 sausages
  • 5.3 oz stracchino
  • 8 slices rustic bread (stale)
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • as needed thyme (or rosemary)

  • 1 Air Fryer

Steps

  • To prepare the bruschettas with sausage and stracchino, it will only take you a few minutes and a few simple steps.

    Start by removing the casing from the sausages, crumbling them into a bowl, then add the stracchino. Mix the two ingredients with a fork.

    Slice the stale rustic bread and spread a spoonful of sausage and stracchino paste on each slice.

  • Place the seasoned bread slices in the air fryer basket and cook at 356°F until the sausage is cooked and a nice crispy crust forms.

    The cooking time depends on the size of the bread slices and the amount of topping applied.

    Once cooked, transfer the bruschettas with sausage and stracchino to a serving platter, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, and garnish with a few sprigs of fresh thyme or rosemary.
