It takes really just a few minutes and very simple steps to make the crazy dough.
First, gather the oil, wine, and salt in a bowl. Stir to dissolve the salt in the liquids.
Then add the first portion of flour and stir, obtaining a creamy dough.
Gradually incorporate more flour until the dough starts to firm up. At this point, work it by hand in the bowl to absorb the remaining flour.
Finally, transfer it onto a work surface and continue kneading by hand until the dough is smooth.
