- 3/8 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup fresh liquid cream
- lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- A few leaves basil (or mint for garnish)
Tools
- 1 Knife
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Immersion blender
- 1 Strainer
- 1 Small pot
Steps
If you want a fresh, creamy, and above all very easy to make dessert, then you need to prepare this lemon dessert.
First, cut the lemons in half lengthwise, then using a knife, cut the pulp to detach it from the walls and with a spoon, scoop it out, leaving the peel completely empty to obtain shells to fill.
Collect the lemon pulp inside a jug and blend it with an immersion blender.
With the help of a strainer, filter the blended lemon pulp to obtain only the juice.
In a small pot, collect the sugar and fresh cream, bring everything to a boil, and add the lemon juice. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Finally, divide the mixture into the lemon shells and transfer them to the fridge to set for at least 3-4 hours 😉.
