Steps
To prepare the homemade Malù cup, start by placing the milk and sugar in a saucepan, then sift and add the cornstarch and cocoa powder.
Cook everything for a few minutes over low heat, stirring with a hand whisk to prevent lumps.
When the mixture begins to thicken, turn off the stove and transfer the cream into glasses. Let it cool first at room temperature and then transfer everything to the fridge for at least an hour.
When it’s time to serve, garnish each Malù cup with already sweetened cream (cold from the fridge) whipped with the help of electric whisks.
For an even prettier presentation and to make your Malù cup even more delicious, accompany it with some biscuit wafers😉 .
