Air fryer baked onions are an easy-to-make, tasty side dish, perfect for accompanying any type of main course. The red onions in the air fryer are prepared quickly, and thanks to the breadcrumb topping, they are delicious, with a crispy topping while the onion slices remain soft and don’t dry out. You can also use Tropea onions or white onions depending on your preferred type of onion. The cooking time may vary depending on the type of air fryer you use (I use this airfryer HERE ). I recommend checking out all the air fryer recipes, you will surely find other tasty dishes to try. If you don’t have an air fryer, I recommend the BAKED TROPEA ONION cooked in the oven.
