How to prepare Air Fryer Bruschetta
Let’s start preparing the Air Fryer Bruschetta, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, dice the mozzarella. Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket and bake at 392°F for 4 minutes, then open the basket and flip the bread slices, bake for another 3 minutes at 392°F.
Take the bread slices out of the air fryer basket and place them on the tray, cut the garlic clove in half and rub it on the hot bread slices to add flavor. Place the tray back into the air fryer basket and add some oil on the bread, then press the cherry tomatoes so the bread absorbs the juice.
Finish with the diced mozzarella and a sprinkle of oregano, bake at 392°F for 5 minutes, then serve the bruschettas hot so the mozzarella is gooey.
