Air fryer burger with potatoes is a delicious main course that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion, even the most special ones. The fryer potatoes are wonderfully soft and can be prepared in no time. I used new potatoes and cooked them with the skin on, but you can alternatively use larger potatoes and cut them into pieces. I used AIA turkey burgers with rosemary, 100% Italian poultry. Now let’s see how to make burgers with potatoes in the air fryer, and if you try them, let me know. Barbara

How to prepare burgers with potatoes in the air fryer
Let’s start preparing burgers with potatoes in the air fryer. Clean the rosemary and finely chop the needles, wash the new potatoes very well. Without removing the potato skin, place them in the air fryer basket, spray some extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle with chopped rosemary. Cook at 392°F for 20 minutes; halfway through, take out the basket and shake it so the potatoes mix and cook better.
While the potatoes are cooking, cook the turkey burgers in a well-heated non-stick pan. Wait 2 or 3 minutes before turning them, then complete the cooking in 8 minutes on medium heat, turning them from time to time.
When the air fryer potatoes are ready, remove the basket and season with salt. Serve the potatoes alongside the turkey burger with rosemary.
