How to Make Pizza in an Air Fryer
Let’s start preparing the air fryer pizza by spreading the pizza dough to the size of your air fryer basket. If you are using a ready base, cut off the excess dough and perhaps use it to make mini pizzas.
Place the base on the perforated paper, on the paper tray, or directly on the basket, add the tomato sauce and spread it over the base while preserving the edge. Bake at 392°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
Open the air fryer basket, top with mozzarella for pizza, sprinkle with oregano, finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Before removing and serving the pizza, check that the base is well cooked, as the cooking time may vary depending on the type of air fryer you use.
Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the air fryer basket, place it on a plate, and serve.
