How to prepare Plaice fillets in the air fryer
Let’s start preparing the Air fryer plaice fillets, wash the lemon and cut it in half; slice one half thinly.
Place the tray in the air fryer basket, lay the fillets, add some salt, pepper, a few puffs of extra virgin olive oil, and squeeze the juice of half the lemon.
Place lemon slices and sage leaves on top of the fillets. Cook at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Once cooking is finished, open the air fryer basket, remove the tray, and serve the plaice fillets while hot.
