- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 4 pats butter
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- to taste parsley

How to prepare Air Fryer Scallops
Let’s start preparing the Air Fryer Scallops by washing the scallops, scrubbing them with a brush or a steel wool to remove any impurities, open them and remove the interior and the corals, also wash the hollow shells as we will need them for preparation. Rinse the mollusks well under running water to remove any sand. Then place the mollusks in the shell and add extra virgin olive oil on each one,
a pat of butter,
some pepper,
some salt,
chopped parsley,
and breadcrumbs for the gratin.
Place a baking sheet on the air fryer basket and arrange the scallops, cook at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Once the Air Fryer Scallops are ready, remove them from the air fryer basket and serve them hot.
