Almond milk pudding, a delicious lactose-free dessert that is easy to make and perfect for vegans. The almond cream is perfect for serving as a dessert or for breakfast or a snack. You can make the almond milk pudding more or less thick; I prefer it as a creamy spoon dessert. If you prefer it denser, just add more cornstarch. I recommend also trying the BANANA AND DARK CHOCOLATE PUDDING without cooking which is also vegan and lactose-free. Now let’s see how to make almond milk pudding, and if you try it, let me know. How to prepare almond milk pudding
Let’s start preparing the almond milk pudding. Pour the cornstarch into the pot,
the sugar
and little by little, always stirring, the almond milk so that no lumps form.
Put it on the heat, bring to a boil and let it thicken, constantly stirring with the whisk so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Transfer the almond cream into bowls,
add some dark chocolate shavings
and some sliced almonds.
Place the almond milk cream in the fridge and let it rest for 8 hours, then take it out of the fridge and serve.
